Our project’s goal is to improve the technical expertise of youth staff and specialists in the area of Culture and Creative industries, so that they can respond to the requirements of the youth in this field and improve the standard of youth work in this field.
L’objectif de notre projet est d’améliorer l’expertise technique du personnel jeunesse et des spécialistes dans le domaine de la culture et des industries créatives, afin qu’ils puissent répondre aux exigences des jeunes dans ce domaine et améliorer le niveau de travail des jeunes dans ce domaine.

The rising sector of Creative Cultural Industries which means the creation of industrial reproduction and mass distribution of cultural works is actually not new.Those industries which have their origin in individual creativity, skill and talent which have a potential for job and wealth creation through the generation and exploitation of intellectual property” (‘Creative Industries Mapping Document’, DCMS, 2001). Therefore, putting emphasis on the CCI area and the CCI employees means supporting human creativity and the heritage which is a key to human interaction and cultural understanding.
Le secteur croissant des industries culturelles créatives qui signifie la création de la reproduction industrielle et la distribution de masse des œuvres culturelles n’est en fait pas nouveau. Les industries qui ont leur origine dans la créativité individuelle, les compétences et le talent qui ont un potentiel pour l’emploi et la création de richesse par la génération et l’exploitation de la propriété intellectuelle” (Creative Industries Mapping Document, DCMS, 2001). Par conséquent, mettre l’accent sur le secteur de l’ICC et les employés de l’ICC signifie soutenir la créativité humaine et le patrimoine, qui est la clé de l’interaction humaine et de la compréhension culturelle.
